The Democratic Party is bad and its members are stupid. Stupid can be fixed. The Republican Party is evil and that is much worse. The Republican establishment masquerades as conservative when it is just the opposite. Evil is pretending to be one thing when you are really the other. Evil is being completely shut out from the light so that one’s mind cannot be changed.
There are Republican innocents. These are members of the Republican base who mistake righteous feelings for genuine conservatism. They are trained to promote their own poverty by jumping on the side of corporatists who use government to create and control markets. These are the role models of the Republican innocents. To the corporatists, bigger government is always better government. To the Republican innocents, I say to you, just wait until hell freezes over and see if your role models deliver smaller government.
All it will take to fix the Democrats is suffering because suffering is an antidote to stupidity. Suffering will have no effect on Republicans because suffering has no effect on evil.
