We Need To Get Rid of Donald Trump

We had poor choices in the last presidential election. I picked Donald Trump only as an alternative to Hillary Clinton who had already shown her dark side. That probably was not a mistake.

Donald Trump has turned out to be a very bad president. Governments do not create jobs. Donald Trump cannot create a job. He says he will create jobs. That is fine for mindless campaign rhetoric. He is still saying it. He is collecting worshipers faster than a an army of homeless folks can pick up empty aluminum cans. He is not only collecting worshipers for himself. He is collecting them for his family.  It is very dangerous when citizens worship a leader. When a man can make others feel like they need his approval, that is extremely dangerous.

Protectionist economic policies have the capability of making a leader look good for a maximum of eighteen months. After that havoc is reeked upon the overall population. Make America Great Again is something that sounds good but there is no specific point in history he is referring to. It is just garbage rhetoric. His tax and spending plans are gifts to the rich just like all stimulus ideas.

There is no plan to introduce free market forces into the healthcare market. All he has done is try to push through another insurance bill. One insurance bill is about as bad as another. All of them destroy the incentives of doctors to actually treat patients.  What they do is guarantee the insurance industry and some others a piece of every dollar spent on healthcare.

I really don’t think he understands economics. He does know how to make a profit for himself. That is what is learned in business administration school.

Government policy, for years, has provided an asset enhancement initiative by way of the Federal Reserve to bolster the wealth and income of the richest Americans. Trump is o.k. with business as usual with our Federal Reserve Bank, foreign central banks, Wall Street and the international banks.

The only real expectation I had of Trump is that he might break up the status quo which is fleecing ordinary Americans. He has made peace with the elites and is now assisting in keeping the whole mess sowed together.

Trump worshipers are suckers. Suckers are what every president needs. Government is for taking not for giving. Trump is very good at taking. I can’t even imagine all that he will walk away with after serving as president of the United States. Folks need his approval and they worship him and he will take from them all that he can. Some Americans, working Americans, have nothing left to take.

Once the possibility of breaking up the fascist economy is taken off the table, Trump becomes a hazard. Just for the record, from now on I will be doing everything I can to get him out of office.

I still don’t care who he called fat or anything else. He has turned bad where it counts.

Government is Your Garden

Yes, government is your garden but you never pull any weeds. The weeds have grown so high there is no room for fruit, vegetables or flowers. Not only have you failed to pull up weeds, you haven’t even taken a good look at your garden in years.

Donald Trump is now president and he has only pulled up a hand full of weeds. Just that little bit of maintenance has terrified the current resident weed population. Some of the cronies have had the cake knocked right off their plate. As it is, your garden does not even have a fence around it. Anyone in the world can just walk right in and take what is left of your produce.

You say, that you have representatives you have elected to guard against such things but they have done nothing but put fertilizer on the weeds and take as much produce as they can for themselves.

Then here comes good ole’ Donald Trump and he pulls up a few weeds and you think he is a saint. Perhaps he just doesn’t like the crop of weeds that is currently growing and has intentions of planting his own.

You the citizen should be the one pulling up the weeds yourself. A first step is the stop believing all of the lies you love to listen to, then look around and see what is going on. When you stop indulging in mindless fantasy, you will see the danger and you will be motivated to pull up the weeds yourself. Government is your garden and pulling up weeds is your responsibility.

Getting to Know the Neighbors

Lets suppose you have an immigrant Muslim family living on each side of you in your neighborhood. They may or may not like you. Chances are they would be polite but would limit their interactions with you. Chances are better they would pay you little mind but would hate the other Muslim family. Americans are ignorant about Islam.

The boundaries of the Islamic countries did not evolve naturally. Their borders were decided by the winners of western wars. All across the mid east groups of people are forced to live together and they hate one another. Sunnis,  Shi’ites have never gotten along. Kurds are hated by everyone in the vicinity. Any peace between the various peoples has occurred under the power of a brutal leader who has forced stability by the use of terror.

Living in peace with Muslims over here will be no easier than the lack of peace they have experienced in their own lands. When elites force people who dislike one another to live together, the results are never pleasant.

The American mind is fixated on the romanticized version of the immigrants who came here on their own initiatives prior to closing Ellis Island in 1943. The current round of immigration has been contrived for the benefits of the wealthiest Americans. The immigrants who arrive will soon figure out that the freedoms they have assumed are only myths. The ordinary Americans who champion the pro immigrant reasoning that has been handed down to them from the top will regret doing that. Communication with words takes little time. Experience take much more time but gives a much clearer picture.

When advice from the top says “Ignore statutes that are on the books because laws are meant to be applied selectively.” ; a problem is coming and that problem will be bigger than what will occur because of the new immigrants or the lack of them.

Various philosophies and lifestyles are not automatically compatible. They become compatible over time only. That is why it is bad to force mass immigration on ordinary people who neither have the wherewithal to deal with it or protect themselves if violence is what results.

The Country’s Finest Legal Mind?

An important hallmark of Fantasy Free Economics is the practice of studying people and institutions according to how they function, not according to how they are defined. Other economists do it the other way and thus have no chance of being right about anything.

When the founding fathers put the constitution together, they came up with three branches of government. One of these is the Supreme Court. Justices on the Supreme Court are expected to be independent and unbiased.  There has always been an assumption that the Justices would be unbiased and independent.

Fantasy Free Economics treats Supreme Court Justices as political hacks who try to accomplish personal political agendas as well as bolster the positions of the president who appoints them. Are they the best political minds in the country?  No, not by any stretch of the imagination.  They are the best politicians among judges. This is not only true of Supreme Court Justices, it is true of judges in general. The best legal minds in the country are attorneys who are in private practice and who win cases.

When the constitution was written, the concept of best legal mind was a work in progress. The constitution was written so that an unlearned person would know exactly what it meant.

The customary practice of allowing political hacks to determine the constitutionality of laws is not part of the constitution and there is nothing written or chipped in stone saying it has to be that way.  By knowing the political leaning of the justices, correctly predicting how each will vote is close to a certainty most of the time.

Neil Gorsuch is about to be confirmed as Trump’s first appointee to the Supreme Court.  While held in awe, the Supreme Court has morphed into a rolling constitutional convention whereby laws can be upheld or ruled against according to which political agenda is in power at the time. There is nothing permanent about a Supreme Court decision.

It doesn’t have to be this way. Congress could set up a jury system so as to test every law for constitutionality before it becomes active. A Jury of citizens should determine the constitutionality of a law or a decision that is in question. Of all the institutions in government, there is only one which works somewhat according to how it was designed to work. That is the jury system. It stull works.

Department of Education Hurts Children Badly.

The Department of Education began under Jimmy Carter in 1979.  For over 36 years the Department of Education has been destroying the lives of students. From middle school through college, schools are now institutions of education in name only. So little is learned in high school, there really no point in having compulsory attendance. A new government agency always begins a feeding frenzy to take advantage of new found government money.

One of the hardest things to do with government is to repeal laws and get rid of stifling government programs. Americans take great comfort in having an agency devoted to educating children. Generally that is all that is needed in order for citizens to support a government entity to eternity.

Trump has nominated a lady, Betsy DeVos to head the Department of Education. There is some concern that she may try to shut the agency down. Just on the remote chance this might actually occur, everyone should support her completely.

Were the Department of Education to close, shutting down special education programs around the country would be fairly easy. Little damages a child’s chances of accomplishing things in life more than being placed in a special education program.

When Fantasies Die

When fantasies die many who hold those fantasies to be true die with them. Donald Trump is only president. There is a limit to how much damage a president can do alone. A nation full of mush minded ignorant citizens can do unlimited damage.

People like this will die before they learn what the issues are and become enlightened.  This has played out many times in many parts of the world. Government makes people feel special and they support candidates who elevate their self esteem. I am not talking about the illiterate and the uneducated. I am talking about professional people with higher degrees.

The folks in the picture neither understand the issues facing the country nor do they even know what the issues are. They don’t know that they are being robbed blind by government monetary policy.  They wrongfully believe the U.S. military is fighting for freedom. They don’t know the difference between healthcare and health insurance. They don’t even know who financed the candidate they voted for in the election.  They don’t know what fascism is. Fascism has replaced our free market system and these folks are not even aware that it has happened. They hear kind words about special people and believe government has been doing something for these people. The Democratic Party has done absolutely nothing for women, minorities gays or anyone else.  We are looking at ignorance and stupidity so thick that it couldn’t be cut away with a knife.

Regardless, these people will die before they disolve their fantasies in the light of reality. I mean that literally. When a reality gap gets as large as this one is, it is really hard for a country to survive.

What is an Immigrant Worth?

I will tell you again that there is only one natural incentive that is relevant in economics. That is self interest. The incentive to serve on the part of those elected is completely imaginary.

There are many reasons why immigrants come to the United States.  That is not the topic of the article. The concern here is what are immigrants worth to United States citizens who are actively drawing them in.

We can ignore the virtue signaling as in “See I am a good person, I want to open our borders to everyone seeking refuge or a better life.” That is all mush. People who virtue signal have no power to do anything and are too lazy to do anything that makes a difference. They have a vision of the world and in their mind that makes them superior and even better it makes others see them in a superior light, so they believe.

Immigrants are worth billions and billions of dollars to the elite who are billionaires and who dictate policy to your government. An immigrant from Syria may be poor but in the United States, he is a better market for goods and services than he would be in his old country. Countless dollars can be made by selling things to the poor and oppressed. It matters not if the average income of the country drops to close to zero. The shear numbers of a massive ignorant population guarantee astronomical profits to the billionaires who are determined to drag immigrants in.

To a level headed American, and immigrant is worth no more or no less than anyone else.

To the billionaire investor class, a massive uneducated population is a gold mine in terms of profit. What are immigrants worth? They are worth countless dollars to the upper class who are determined to draw them in.

As I am finishing this up, my wife Jean threw in the fact that billionaires could care less whether money comes to them through government by way of the immigrants or as part of the private sector. Benefits to the poor come out of the pockets of the middle class when government is involved. To the elite, it is all profit.

Billionaire’s Next Cash Cow

When Wall Street is completely mined out, the mob is going to need a new hustle. Climate change is the ticket. The American public has been fleeced many times but global warming may provide the best opportunity yet. Public private partnerships are the path to billions for anyone who has the political power to use Washington as a tool.

The public is still focused on enhancing and protecting their self esteem. Most see the government as the proper vehicle to stop folks from calling them names but are unaware of all dangers that linger just outside of their naive field of vision.

The time is right to sheer those sheep while they still have a little wool. The public especially Republicans see public private partnerships as a way to bring competitive influences into government.  Of course public private partnerships are nothing of the kind. Now is the time for the mob to make their move. The average American is still clueless to the fact that public private partnerships are the main business model in a fascist economy.

Poking Sticks at the Russians

There is no such thing as an innocent government. Our concern should be how innocent is the United States? Are solving problems or, are we causing problems?  Like any country, when we engage is something immoral, we create a process where our loss will be greater than anyone else’s even if we gain some benefit in the immediate time frame.  When the United States engages in immorality, we are acting contrary to natural law.

One of the most common themes in ancient writings is, action that begins with an immoral beginning eventually results in a negative outcome. In these kinds of activities, the costs always amount to more than the benefits.  The communists of the twentieth century justified all that was immoral with the slogan “the end justifies the mean.” The free world eventually started using the same reasoning. Guess what? That is opposite of the way things work in the natural world. The means alone determines the outcome. A moral means guarantees an optimum outcome even though the outcome is completely uncertain at the time the task is undertaken.

Remember the Battle Ship Main. The United States falsely accused the Spanish of blowing up the ship in the Havana Harbor. The purpose was to draw the Spanish into a war, take Cuba from them and confiscate their islands in the Pacific. This all followed the U.S. invasion and occupation of Hawaii in 1893. Was this a good deal for the United States? The United States imperialist period marked the beginning of the war for profit approach that is still practiced today. That in itself is completely immoral and will eventually cause us untold grief.

Had the United States not annexed Hawaii, and stolen Spain’s Pacific Islands, there would have been no Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. There would have been no Bataan death march.  Chances are the U.S. would have never fought Japan. The Russians would have eventually prevailed in WWII. The United States may not have participated in WWII.

No one knows why natural law works. By the time the 1940s rolled around, our imperialist period had been forgotten. I do not know of one circumstance where natural law has failed to work. Models of natural law are all over ancient scriptures.  Find a story in the Old Testament that parallels a modern occurrence. The modern occurrence will turn out the same general way as the one in the old testament it parallels. So far I haven’t found an exception.

It is foolish to accuse the Russians of doing something they are not doing. It is also irresponsible. The consequences could be extremely sever. It may even be legal for the Russians to try and influence the way Americans vote. I have been a political activist for over 50 years. I don’t remember one presidential election when foreign countries did not try to influence the way our citizens  voted.  This is not a good accusation to be making, even if it is true.

Will Trump Take Office?

0Trump won, right? That does not mean he will take office automatically.  There will be one or more events take place between now and inauguration. The purpose will be to prevent a Trump administration from taking office. Probably an event will be created to facilitate imposing martial law.

How am I so sure? The political system Americans believe to be operating in the United States is only a fantasy. Important issues are decided outside of the formal political system. Events and circumstance are engineered to accommodate the goals and aspirations of  citizens who have the power to dominate others including those who are holding public office.

Citizens lost control of government many years ago but are duped into believing they have authority over those they elect. The events of 2008 have largely been forgotten. Few even remember the TARP bill that  passed that year. The bill was passed over the loud objections of voters. Many representative’s voters were 1000 to 1 against the bailout. The bill was passed anyway just as if the constituents did not even exist. In the minds of the elites, the voters only exist as a nuisance. The response to this event by the rank and file was to forget that it happened. It was a wake up call that almost no one heard. The democratic principles the country is founded on were not functioning. Ordinary people have not suffered enough to care. But the meaning is that citizens have neither the power or the will to control government.

Since 2008 the will of the majority has been overridden repeatedly.

Industries have many different names and functions but the activities that generate profits are those of controlling and managing public opinion. This is human herding. If the herd does not respond to normal stimulation such as propaganda and fear, do not expect the masters to throw in the towel.

If Donald Trump takes office more money than can easily be fathomed will be lost and flushed away. Turning the country back over to citizens is not going to be accomplished without a fight and probably a bloody one.

I am expecting a war to break out. Most likely there will be an attack on U.S. soil.  In any case the event or events will be of the type that justify imposing martial law.
